The Beat Catch logo, brand, code, design, and content are owned by us. Music catalog rights belong to their respective licensors.
User content
For content like display name and avatar choice, you grant us a license to use it within the service. Content that violates community rules will be removed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul.
